What agent could do to change your mind?
Fees were in line with most other agents I contacted in Lowestoft without the 'hard sell' approach made by some of the other estate agents locally. You only get what you pay for!

This was the first time I had sold a property and had no idea what or how it worked, I phoned two other estate agents first, one never returned my call, the other I felt was not really interested, when I phoned Aldreds they were great, efficient, friendly, called back when they said they would, I met up with Rian and really liked her, she was honest and straightforward about what I could expect, helped me to understand how it would work which I really needed! We got several offers and they talked me through all that too, Tara kept me updated through it all and was always helpful. I would really recommend them, my experience was excellent.

As everyone is well aware, buying a house can vary from an absolutely terrible, to an "almost" pleasurable experience. In my opinion this depends hugely on the estate agent which you deal with.
If you are after the most hassle free transaction possible; then I cannot recommend Aldreds, especially Courteney Remon, enough. The service that I was provided by Miss Remon was second to none. She was friendly, professional and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. I was kept fully updated every step of the way, and any problems were brought to my attention as soon as they arose. Which is a service which, from experience, other, estate agents fail miserably in.
So in summary. I do not have a bad word to say about the dealings I had with this agent, and strongly recommend their use to others. Thank you very much.

Used them to let our property Sept 2011. When the tenants moved out, and new tenants moved in, Aldreds retained a proportion of the money from the new tenants as they said that there had been a bill outstanding from the previous tenants. When I asked for an explanation, I was told it was for a bill from April 2011 - a time when I was living in the property myself. I was then told it was October 2011, and it was for a tap which I had authorised replacement of. I had not done so. I complained, and the complaint was handled in a most disatisfactory way, and I was told that they felt it was better that I took my business elsewhere. An absolutely shocking agent. Reason it took so long to complete my review is I did not know that this site existed.
