Welcome to an independently-run, independently-minded estate and lettings agency.
Ascend was founded on the belief that estate agents could do a lot better. We\'d been working in the industry for a long time and were frustrated that most agencies were just so ordinary. Like their houses, these places were in ne
ed of a new lick of paint. Bit of rising damp in the basement too.
So we decided to build our own home. This new home wasn\'t made of sticks or straw. It was founded on a deep-rooted, decade-long knowledge of Manchester, from the very bricks and mortar of the city centre to its outer reaches.
By a team of savvy individuals who loved the city and loved helping people invest, move and live in it. A team of quick thinkers and good listeners who did that rare thing: treat customers like people instead of transactions. Because they knew great service wasn\'t just about experience and expertise.
We had one philosophy: to keep the promises we made. Then we opened the doors.

I have been so well looked after by Ascend (namely Rebecca) during the process from initial enquiry through to placing a holding deposit. It was more complex than previous tenancies as I was unable to view the property and also am c.150 miles away.
I was led in a thoughtful and supportive way through the process and all my questions over several days and evenings were answered efficiently.
I would definitely recommend Ascend as the property agents to use and I look forward to meeting Rebecca when I see the property after the tenants have left.
The whatsapp video tour that I was supplied was also very useful and I thank the tenant for providing that.

Faye was caught in the middle of these negotiations and was always friendly and efficient. Even when I was getting frustrated with work that wasn't being done, she maintained her professional and friendly attitude.
