Out of all of the agencies in town, I was able to work well with A&S Properties as I had a hard time finding a a flat at the other agencies because of paperwork.
I am a foreign student at Perth University and it was very stressfull since I don't have a credit history here.. They permitted us to pay some months in advance as a guarantee and good will.
