I liked the property & was willing to pay the full price, until the woman said the landlady may take less, so of course I went with the lower price. The landlady agreed on the price so I paid ... I liked the property & was willing to pay the full price, until the woman said the landlady may take less, so of course I went with the lower price. The landlady agreed on the price so I paid £200 to secure it so it wouldnt be available for anyone else. So the next day she rang me and was told someone else was taking the property for the original price!? I would of taken the original price but was never given the choice. They then offered me a refund & its ME chasing them!!! Oh & they are rude & dont like answering their phones!!! Waited 2 days for a call back & over 10 calls to them with no answer, someone was always 'out of office' about 4 people took a message. I didnt care who I spoke too , I wanted my money back!!!

My property is a disgrace i pay over 500 notes a month to live in what can only be discribed as a accident waiting to happen. The shit hole isn't even secure! My living room window opens from the outside, as the lock is broken! And i reported the problem a year ago!
