We decided to use Beaulieu Estates to sell our flat based on a recommendation from a family member who had used Beaulieu to sell their house. We entered the property market early in January, we went with Anthony Quirk because we had seen the Agents signs around Beaulieu Park. When Anthony came to view the property he had a fantastic knowledge of the Park and every nuance of all the various property types. He immediately identified that our property was unique but in being so it would be either a specific buyer or may take some time to sell. Within several days we had two offers. Throughout the process he advised on a sales strategy and we followed that. He was always available and proactive in managing both sides of the sale and we completed 8 weeks later. Thanks for a great service and if you want to buy or sell on the Park there can't be any better Agency.

I'd not normally want to take the time to register and record a review but wholeheartedly believe Anthony deserves the effort and credit.
Previous to working with Beaulieu Estates/Estates Property Group, my house had been under offer on more than one occasion with very disappointing results. As a result, I was adamant on the conditions under which I wanted to market the property and progress a sale, all of which Anthony openly discussed and adopted into his approach, his advice always reasoned and informative, without any trace of arrogance.
He is incredibly knowledgeable of the market/property law/current mortgage processes and of the house styles and specifications on Beaulieu Park. With Anthony being a local resident too, it became clear that he had the edge over his competitors when listening to him conduct viewings and certainly introduced a different calibre of prospective buyers.
As the sale progressed, he updated me nearly every day and responded to each and every question. I never to chase for progress, Greg was always efficient in relaying messages and Josh pro-actively updated me several times on the day of exchange with progress from all involved parties.
I've already recommended the Team to friends, as their service was outstanding.

He and his team were available from early until late and we always felt like a priority. My experience of using Beaulieu Estates was very positive indeed. I found them extremely helpful and very friendly and every step of the process was thoroughly explained to me so that I felt confident that the transaction was being well-managed. Everything proceeded smoothly and painlessly, which made a welcome change from my experience with some other agents in the past. Anthony was very much on the ball and pro-active. I was kept up to date with progress, so I never needed to chase anything up. Overall an excellent service.

We were interested in modifying the house we bought and in this regard Antony was bale to provide us with honest council and even provided some original architects plans to help us in making a decision. I hope we can use Beaulieu Estates when we come to sell one day.

Beaulieu Estates have just sold my house on Beaulieu Park. Not the easiest of houses to sell with its quirky layout. The market has been somewhat testing and Beaulieu Estates were very good at keeping our spirits high. They worked very hard with lots of viewers, great marketing and their experience of the area was excellent, they provided a first class service at all times. Communication was very good with feedback reports emailed to me a few days after viewings. I would say they went above and beyond the call of duty to help sell my home, they were very flexible, Mr Quirk was able to show buyers around the property at anytime of day or evening, Monday – Sunday, this approach sets them out from the rest. If you want a first class, professional service with a team that know the area and are able to connect with prospective buyers then Beaulieu Estates are your guys. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my friends...

I was impressed with the fact that Beaulieu Estates did not simply ask me to lower the price in order to get a quicker sale but advised to hold out for what they felt the property was worth. Their in depth local knowledge was important when conducting viewings particularly when viewers were not familiar with the area with the house eventually being sold to buyers who were relocating from central London. Beaulieu Estates fees were very reasonable - particularly given the number of viewings they carried out.
