I would highly recommend the team at Beresford Adams, Menai Bridge; Mike, Carol and Eirian. I found all the staff at the branch extremely helpful and obliging which was much appreciated as I live over 120 miles away from the sale property. Always pleasant and efficient when contacted and I was kept fully informed regards viewing etc. I appointed them in January 2017 and completed the sale towards the end of June 2017. We have both bought a property from, and sold a property through Beresford Adams, Menai Bridge, within the past 6 months.
Carol dealt with both transactions.
On the purchase, Carol was attentive and helped the purchase proceed as quickly as possible, liaising with both us and the vendors.
On the sale we transacted, Carol was good with the viewings, and she managed to secure an asking price offer within a fortnight of listing. She then liaised with ourselves and the buyers and their advisers to progress the transaction as quickly as they could move. Carol also liaised on the sale of some of the furnishings which was over and above what she had to do.
On each transaction, Carol was attentive, helpful and friendly throughout, and worked hard to progress both matters through to completion.

Excellent all round service from the whole branch. Approachable staff, who although very professional, went the extra mile and we felt had become friends. No problem was too great, we were kept informed of all developments, all 'phone calls were returned promptly if staff were unable to respond immediately. The staff were always so positive, certainly lifting my spirits when our purchase seemed to be taking forever. Their experience in the housing market was invaluable. Our buyers also commented on how excellent the staff were. I must also mention Eirian, who was just as good. Communication within the branch is clearly excellent as all members of staff were knowledgeable of our sale. A five start service by the staff.
