I was in a position where I had to sell my Mother's house after she had an accident & had to move to sheltered accomodation. We were looking for a house for ages. With the market constantly increasing we managed to find a house which we could renovate and put our own mark on it within our budget. I cannot recommend the services of Bramleys enough. Their help, assistance and professionalism were superb, especially as it was to market my 85 year old Mum's house. Gemma valued the house and guided Mum through the whole process with ease, organising the EPC, and sorted all the viewings with a 100% successful conclusion. The ladies in the Heckmondwike branch were wonderful sorting the negotiations, pushing the conveyancing process at every opportunity and were tremendous at every step. They were a very happy bunch and I cannot praise them enough.
We had 3 valuations and Bramleys were absolutely right for selling Mum's house for so many reasons- their location, their fees, their knowledge of the area, negotiating skills, and the wonderful rapport they made happen between Mum, themselves and myself (daughter). Thank you #TeamBramleys!
