The worst agent we have used. After purchasing their silver service we heard nothing whatsoever from them after introduction. Extremely bad experience 3 Manager changed in 2 months. There lettings team was handling the sales teams calls so people who would enquire about the property would be turned away,Therefore In 3 months we had 2 viewings.
