Charles Carr are quite happy to rent you a property without a functioning oven or fire alarm but will dodge any calls to remedy any and all issues no matter how dangerous they may be. Poor service, bad communication.Often do not reply to reasonable queries, have had to chase them up several times. 10 months completely wasted!!! I have never encountered such a bad customer service in my life! I would not recommend this Agency to non-UK citizens. They're just not ready to help people in hurry and from outside of UK.
