This agency is not honest. I gave a good offer on a property supported by mortgage agreement letter to show how serious I was to buy it. This is quite possibly the worst agency I have ever had the misfortune of having an encounter with!! I don’t even believe they are worthy of the one star rating I gave them.
We have fortunately now moved out of our Churchill & Mathesons managed block of flats which had problem after problem whilst we were there. Everything is poorly managed and no matter how often we reported an issue, the landlord and agency seemed like they couldn’t care less.
In Summer the building and flats are death by ossification and are not habitable in the slightest.
The well being of all the tenants is of low value and I feel like we were always a low priority, especially when it wasn’t a minor issue... it took them 1 year to sort out a leak that came through the extractor fan in the bathroom.
To conclude, they will do absolutely anything to take as much of your deposit back when you leave. We were charged for damage that already existed when we moved in and our disputes were completely ignored. When we returned the keys to the Harlesden branch the 2 staff members looked annoyed to see us and looked like they couldn’t get rid of us quicker.
We will not be using the agency again.

I was impressed from the first meeting with Andre's friendliness, curiosity towards my needs and key priorities regarding the future tenants. I was convinced in the quality and genuine desire to help and offer great value from the first moment. Every subsequent interaction was a joy - efficient, punctual, considerate, moving the process forward. There were many viewings arranged with prospects that met my criteria. Everything went smoothly with the paperwork too, not to mention the great terms that this company offers. I love my tenants, and would recommend with both hands this company!

Just finish one year contract with this agency. Donovan was really good in finding me and my friends a great room. Great guy, i suggest always to deal with him.
Why one star? Because of the service that was given to us when the contact expires and we moved to another house with another agent (Donovan wasn't involved). Waited two and half months to have a deposit back, we had to call and deal with the landlord even if the contract says clearly that this is a job of the agent. The person who we were asking to help us and know what to do was rude, didn't wanted to do his job. Late answer to email (and when you're waiting for your money back, is not really great), bad service at the end. Sorry because someone ruined the good impression that Donovan gave us about this agency. I'd say that this agents are really good to find the place that perfectly fits your desires, but when you have to leave, they're totally a disaster.
