Sonia and her team in the Baldock and Ashwell branches of Country Properties were fantastic. My family and I were obliged to sell our home and relocate following a death in the family. Sonia and the CP staff could not have been more supportive, kind or compassionate. They were very sensitive to our needs as a family and went out of their way to provide every assistance needed. Their communication was excellent and I received regular updates on viewings and feedback from buyers. They gave good advice on how to present the house in a saleable way, without huge expense. Their long-standing ties to the local area made their assistance feel more like neighbourly support. They made a painful process bearable. I am so grateful to them.
