Their prompt answers to any of our queries and attention to detail kept our file continually updated and any potential problems to a minimum. Their advice proved to be excellent giving us the benefit of their considerable knowledge of the local market. We always felt they cared about us, about the house they were selling on our behalf and had our interests at heart.

Ryan Noakes and Macauley Morris were absolutely amazing.
Ryan showed us the house, he was a very polite and knowledgeable gentleman. If we had questions that he didn’t know the answer too, he went away and got the correct information and came back to us swiftly.
Both of the above kept us updated, managed expectations and were such a please to deal with.
If anyone in the area is looking to move, we will be directing them to these gents!

It was clear to see that they went above and beyond especially Macauley who was our agent we also had lots of updates from Luke and Ryan who were also very helpful. I would highly recommend Dafydd Hardy to all and would give every aspect of their service 5 stars.

We couldn’t have been happier with the service provided by the Colwyn Bay Dafydd Hardy team. The advice given was fantastic. The whole team were happy to help along the way, it was clear all staff had been kept informed on the sale progress and the team were all polite and extremely professional, they guided us through the process always putting us at ease. It was clear to see that they went above and beyond especially Macauley who was our agent we also had lots of updates from Luke and Ryan who were also very helpful. I would highly recommend Dafydd Hardy to all and would give every aspect of their service 5 stars.
-the advice on things to do at the property prior to going on the market was really good
-the photographer was very friendly and professional and the photos were high quality - very pleased with the way our property was presented and marketed
-viewings we’re arranged as clusters which was really helpful with our work schedules we also had emails and texts confirming viewing times which made it a lot easier to keep track of
-staff were professional , respectful and understanding of the pressure of selling our home
- we were talked through every step and understood from the agents what the process was
- communication was excellent we were kept informed throughout with regular updates

Really pleased with my experience with dafydd hardy from start to finish. They were so professional, helpful, attentive and supportive throughout. The sale of our house was far from smooth sailing but I felt confident throughout that the team at dafydd hardy were doing all they could to get a sale. They kept consistent viewings. Ryan, Macauley and Luke looked after us so well, communicating really well and acting with our best interest in mind at all times .
