David Andrew managed our property in Archway for 6 years, and then managed the sale process. At all times, we found them to be highly responsive, highly compotent agent. This was particularly important as we were living overseaas the entire time. When we came to sell, David Andrew made the process very easy. Within 10 days, they had bids from 4 buyers. With their recommended Conveyancer, the sale was complete in 2 months. Big thanks to Anusha, Greg and Todd - you are all legends!

Bethan and Greg sold my flat in Archway in sept 2023. I HIGHLY recommend them they are genuinely professional. I have sold a fair few properties over the years and these 2 are my favourite from all the agents. They were great from start to finish. They priced it right, they knew their target mkt. They nursed a difficult sale in a tricky mkt through to completion. They did a TON of extra stuff that I couldnt do ( I live overseas)....when I volunteered to pay extra commission in recognition they refused to take it (true story).

In short Greg Adams at David Andrew was exemplary when facilitating my purchase in N7 this summer. To add a little context: I had a tough time moving and buying my flat overall. My estate agent on my sale was so bad he was a constant non cooperative obstacle we had to work around (seriously avoid Felicity J Lord in Islington). We were all racing the stamp duty holiday window which was about to close and the property I purchased had a number of complex legal problems involving the neighbours and various trustees. The ONLY reason the sale got through and in time was Greg going the extra mile every single time and keeping the wheels greased no matter what. It was a property with problems and Greg was transparent and upfront from the very start and always with a dry humour and a reassuring can do energy. A long winded potential previous sale had fallen through and yet Greg never seemed for a moment like he was trying to rush to get this flat off his books, I hope the seller knows how hard Greg worked to see the property find its new owner and see everyone happy. He took the initiative every time and mediated between the buyer and me perfectly. He also stepped in to help with communication between solicitors a number of times, same with surveyors/builders and always worked to be available anytime of the day and week to meet at the property or make a call on my behalf. He comes from a business background in the city and seemed to have a relaxed and good humoured, honest even perspective on property sales without the usual flash sales schtikk. He was proactive, unfailingly professional and easy to cut to the chase with. Its rare these days that you find such a personal and personable service and I am pleased to be able to write such a glowing review. It goes without saying I will use Greg at David Andrew in Holloway for my property sale when it's next time to move on.

In our experience, going with a local estate agent that had good knowledge as well as access to prospective buyers was invaluable. We received an offer that we accepted after about a month. Considering the uncertainty of the current political and economic climate, we were very pleased with how quickly David Andrew were able to help us to sell our flat.
From start to finish, we cannot fault the service of the team at David Andrew and would highly recommend them.

Having poorly chosen to go with a bigger firm originally, I switched to David Andrews and immediately saw the difference. Jeremy was more personal and felt the normal chat that estate agents can give wasn't used. He was honest about my property and a strategy to use. Kept me updated at all times and was enough patient with me when things dragged on. So pleased I opted for a smaller operation to handle my sale and wish I went with them originally. All the staff are helpful and friendly and can't thank them enough for getting the place sold.
