Stacey was absolutely brilliant! Anything I needed she was always there to guide and support me through getting the property rented. Don't Trust Edward Mellor Auction or estate agents. They purposely valued our property low so they could sell it to one of there contacts. Potential buyers where influenced by Mellor staff of a very low value. Our solicitors revealed this scam but it was to late. Peter Robinson Solicitors Edward Mellor contact warped it up fast. SOLD AT HALF VALUE.
ITS NOT WHAT IT SEEMS. IF YOUR ON THE MARKET WITH THEM GET IT OFF. BELIEVE ME YOU CAN DO MUCH BETTER. USE A BIG REPUTABLE NATIONAL COMPANY INSTEAD.
AUCTION PROPERTY USUALLY SELLS TO ONE OF THERE CONTACTS FOR A MELLOR SPECIAL PRICE.
