Robin @ Ellis & Co is the single, only 'consultative' Estate Agent that I have ever met. Robin @ Ellis & Co is the single, only 'consultative' Estate Agent that I have ever met. Following an absolutely shocking example at the other end of the scale (i.e. Eastons Ltd! where we feel we were basically lied too!), Robin advised that he had a client that was looking to move to the local Tadworth area, had done a full financial check on their ability to buy and was open and communicative at every stage of the sales process. The sales process proceeded more or less exactly in line with Robin's advice, with completion last Friday 15th Feb after only a 6 week turnaround from recommending the client, to completion. At a time of ultimate stress and frustration, Robin empathetically supported us through the process in a rare way - 5 stars is not enough for what is Robins unique (unfortunately!) approach to Estate Agency.

I feel obliged to write a glowing review of the family run,friendly,professional attitude of Robin Johnson at Ellis and Co.in Tadworth.Nothing was too too small ,and the attention to detail and customer service was 6 stars.Robin goes out of his way to get the job done and will be using him as much as possible,the rates and level of service are unheard of.Use this agent as soon as possible as there is a personal touch ,and ethical selling and management levels are excellent compared to the local dross.He understands marketing,and people and getting the job done,Simply outstanding

Ellis and Co at Epsom Downs is first class. From day one when Robin Johnson came along to value our house both he and his team were helpful and supportive in what is a difficult time for anyone. Robin told us that he would sell the property within 3 months, something we doubted due to its unfavourable location, but true to his word in just over a month the property was sold (and for the full asking price). Robin was open and honest throughout and he and his team worked tirelessly to make sure everything was done properly. His team were always on the end of a phone to help and if they said they would do something, it was done without delay. They made you feel like you were important and made selling a house easy and in this day and age that is something to be valued. I would highly recommend Ellis and Co, Epsom Downs to anyone wanting to sell their house.
