Tom Hutchinson is an amazing property estate agent - very talented, dedicated, professional and soft spoken but more than that he is a wonderful person. He helped us a lot throughout our property purchase process - be it guiding us through the whole process (as we were first time buyers), clarifying all our legal and property related queries, keeping us up to date on the progress as well as helping both sellers and I to get the sale to completion. My girlfriend and I went through a raft of estate agents when we decided to put our property on the market but then we came across a letter from Elsewhere and we knew that we needed to contact them. It very much appealed to me that their marketing letter through our letterbox wasn't the bog-standard template you usually see, it was quite personal and specific so when we contacted them and organised a viewing and so on, we immediately felt like all of our questions and apprehensions we had with other estate agents was no longer here. They were able to find us great new tenants within a month of working with us and I think it's safe to say that my girlfriend and I will most certainly look to work with Elsewhere again at our next earliest availability opportunity!

After meeting Bernard who completed the valuation on our house and patiently explained the process and options, we did decide to market our house with Elsewhere.
We are really pleased to say that we did not regret our decision and have received a service beyond our expectations.
As clients we felt at ease from day 1, Bernard ensured that he kept us well informed throughout the process and sometimes double/triple checked we were happy with the way everything was progressing.
There was never this pressure to accept what Bernard was advising and every decision was discussed and thought out. We always felt Bernard had our best interest at heart.
In a time where everything is moving to digital and feedback is through a screen we really valued the good old fashion face to face customer service, with a smile!
Would we use Elsewhere again? YES
Would we recommend Elsewhere to others? YES and we already have.
Thank you Bernard for making this normally very stressful process actually quite stress free.
