I cannot recommend Liz and Nicola enough.
We went to look at a house that was not quite right for us, but Liz and Nicola, after spending some time with us, showing us around and gauging what we liked and what we didn't, recommended we look at another house they had on their books.
With their efficient scheduling and prompt action, Liz and Nicola arranged a viewing for us immediately. The house was a perfect match, leading us to make an offer on the spot and move in just 12 weeks later.
From a buyer's point of view, they could not have been more helpful - allowing us access to the house to measure up and get the feel of the place for furniture, etc. - equally and perhaps more importantly, they had a fantastic relationship with the seller so when we asked a question the communication was quick and accurate.
I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The agent for the vendors of the house we bought was Fine & Country in Rugby. Sam Funnell showed us around the house and was clearly very knowledgeable about the property and the wishes of the vendor. During the process he checked regularly with us on how we were getting on with our sale and kept the vendors aware of the progress. Finally, when we arrived to move in, Sam was waiting for us with the keys. Although Fine & Country were not working for us, Sam was brilliant at every step of the way. A good friend who sold their house through him also had the same comments. We would thoroughly recommend Fine & Country - a very professional and well run set-up.

We sold our house through Nicola and Liz at Fine and Country and I cannot recommend these ladies enough. Once we sold our house the ladies didn't just stop there, without their help I don't think I would have moved anytime soon, they were chasing all solicitors and estate agents in the long chain on a regular basis and would continuously keep me updated .
The biggest thing I noticed is that their main priority is your happiness not a sale and this really shows in their working relationship with you, thank you ladies so much for everything.

We were purchasing a house which Claire Heritage was marketing. At the open house it was a free for all, and she sat on her laptop, we waited until everyone left in order to speak about the house.
Firstly, she kept us waiting for one week after offer was made although the Vendors confirmed they wanted to sell to us and not the other people she was trying to get to outbid us.
From the start Claire did not manage this sale at all and it created a lot of issues along the way. Not to mention the fact that untoward things were going on; she recommended companies for Finance and SLDT only to find these companies were extortionate in costs compared to other companies.
The upward chain had increased considerably and Claire did not mention this until we were due to exchange. Luckily, we found out some truths about the extortionate costs as mentioned above, then repairs which our survey had uncovered were going to cost a huge amount more than the quotes that were presented to us. The local school had a significant drop in rating by OFSTED which we suspect may have been known a couple of months prior by the Vendor and Claire, when we found out these irregularities we pulled out of the sale.
Claire also ignored our communications to her numerous times.
Not once did Claire try to solve the issues or speak with our Estate Agent to clarify things. We found her very unprofessional and we have since heard this from other people also. Based on this experience we would not buy a house marketed by Fine & Country

From our initial viewing, Nicola and Liz were honest, straightforward and helpful with any queries or concerns we had on the property. They made the offer process exceptionally easy and stress free. Previous transactions have unfortunately never been easy but Nicola and Liz completely changed the property purchase process for us. They consistently ensured the purchase was progressing, kept us updated at regular intervals and alleviated any concerns we had by making sure all questions were answered thoroughly. All correspondence was done with friendly and cheerful conversation. I could not recommend Nicola and Liz more highly and would definitely use their services again should we need to in the future.

If the estate agent cannot resolve the issue for you then please send a written formal complaint to our Area Manager – nicola.wright@fineandcountry.com clearly explaining the specific reasons for your complaint, and how you would like it resolved
We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint in writing within three working days of receiving it, enclosing a copy of this procedure.
The Area Manager will then investigate your complaint. They will review your file and speak to the member of staff who dealt with you. A formal written outcome of our investigation will be sent to you within 15 working days of sending the acknowledgement letter.
If you are not satisfied with the full written outcome response from the Area Manager you can write to the Managing Director who will arrange for a separate review to take place. In line with the Property Redress Scheme guidelines the Managing Director will respond to you with a statement of the final view of the matter within eight weeks of your initial complaint.
If you are still not satisfied with the outcome, you can raise your complaint with The Property Redress Scheme and request an independent review.
The Property Redress Scheme will request that you have exhausted the internal complaints procedure before contacting them and waited a minimum of eight weeks to allow us to respond to your complaint. Contact with The Property Redress Scheme must be within 12 months of the incident you are complaining about
When you have raised a complaint with The Property Redress Scheme, they will write to us as agents requesting our Property File and our version of the events. A case officer will then undertake a formal review of your complaint largely based on the documents from both sides.
