Uncaring and unhelpful landlord lackeys who prey on low value properties so that they can raise the floor of unaffordability. For just £150 more a month, you can get a 2 bedroom house with garden and parking space in a nice location from their competitors but unfortunately that is unaffordable for my single salary so I am stuck in this squalid and miserable 1 bedroom flat next to noisy nightlife which attracts violence and drugs. There were blood splatters on the main door for 4 months before the rain washed it off.

Uncaring and unhelpful landlord lackeys who prey on low value properties so that they can raise the floor of unaffordability. For just £150 more a month, you can get a 2 bedroom house with garden and parking space in a nice location from their competitors but unfortunately that is unaffordable for my single salary so I am stuck in this squalid and miserable 1 bedroom flat next to noisy nightlife which attracts violence and drugs. There were blood splatters on the main door for 4 months before the rain washed it off.
They absolutely do not care about their tenants and will just listen to complaints but their manner in doing so lets you know they have no intention of doing anything about it and will avoid any commitment to taking action against the abusive neighbours they let into the building, towards repairs left from the previous tenant 2 years ago, towards pest control (I found 2 dead mice in the kitchen less than a week ago), and the more you complain, the more they seek to put the rent up until you learn to stop complaining.
They know that people have nowhere to turn to for help, so they continue to abuse the system and their tenants, profiteering on misery.
Avoid at all costs if you can.

Excellent, efficient, helpful and happy to explain.
I could not have done it without Bethany Bond thank you. If you are a first time renter and you have no clue what you are doing… Bethany would stay in frequent contact with me and explain things that I did not quite understand, as I’ve never been through the process before. Also, I found with other estate agents because we were new renters and young couple, they wasn’t so interested in helping us. However, we run into a couple of problems with documents on our side, moving into the flat and Bethany helped us by finding another way around the problem. Understandable that this isn’t always the case. However she didn’t just give up on us or the situation.
The no deposit scheme helped us massively, and I didn’t even know it existed until Bethany helped us put forward for it and it’s saved us paying five weeks upfront rent.
They are all very approachable at Fox and Sons, and I would recommend them to anyone of all ages. Especially Bethany bond because I just feel like she genuinely cared about us.

we approached fox and son due to being a long established respected company to sell our house we were not disappointed.on entering the office in Weymouth we were greeted by the manager we now know as Stuart who introduced a member of his team Victoria,we were advised of the market interest at this time and we accepted terms Stuart made a call on us and advised us on a price that we could market our property on we accepted his recommendations. and true to his word we were contacted within 24 hours of viewings the very next day Victoria carried out two viewings,of which we received an offer and other offers had been received but were contacted to advise the property was now sold subject to contract.we also as recommended by Stuart used the company solicitors premier property lawyers.our lawyer agent has been efficient throughout Mandeep Chandra. a very positive professional experience all achieved by synergy. well done Stuart,Victoria, Mandeep and team (fox and son Weymouth)
