Sad to say this has been a truly horrible experience in letting my lovely house out to Foxtons. Sad to say this has been a truly horrible experience in letting my lovely house out to Foxtons. Tenants sourced by Foxtons have been very disruptive and left the house in a very poor state and I'm now battling with Foxtons to have the house adequately cleaned since their departure. Suffice to say Foxtons have done very little to help and do not seem at all bothered by my current plight, their service does not even stack up to their charges and I'm now in the sad state of having to repair my house at personal cost. This experience has cost me a fortune and I'm very sad I even considered approaching them to let my property out.

Just be aware that Foxtons do market their rental properties at the price 10 - 15% higher than what the actual rent is expected to be, so if you're not thinking you're getting your money's worth. Just keep looking.

I just wanted to say thank you so much for your help in dealing with this sale - I am so disappointed with the Solicitors that I chose and to say that I will never deal with them again is an understatement. Anyway you have been brilliant and if it wasn't for your intervention (and my constant phone calls to all and sundry) I think I would still be waiting for a conclusion.
