Bianca was the lady dealing with the sale and was always very professional in both her manner on the phone with me as well as in person.

We've been using Jorgensen Turner for the past 5 years to let this property. This was the third time we were looking for new tenants. We received excellent service from all staff involved especially Monica Ferreira. The whole process of moving the previous tenants out and the new ones in was without any hick-ups.
The flat was only un-occupied for about 4-5 days. Thank you Jorgensen Turner for finding us the right tenants so quickly.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The staff at the Queens Park/Kilburn branch are the most unhelpful, rude and generally extremely difficult people I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
They seem to go out of their way to make tenants life difficult. We had countless situations where the staff were openly rude whilst never come across at all approachable.
They do not ever accept they have done anything wrong and do not help with basic needs of tenants and refuse to pay for anything, even when the tenant is clearly in their right to be complaining about something.
I would avoid this company and if you are thinking of renting from them, think again as they will make your life extremely difficult.
