Really pleased we went with life residential to rent our flat out, as first time landlords we were fairly clueless at the begining but thanks to Vanessa and Robin eveything was made nice and simple and straightforward and I learnt a great deal throughout the process.
The process was quick and easy, from going live it only took a couple of weeks for the property to be rented and both Robin and Vanessa were so quick to reply to any questions I had throughout.
The tenants found for us are great and when the time comes to find new tenants, I hope to work with Vanessa/Robin again.

One month ago I entered the UK and quickly realized that finding flat to rent would be challenging. Regardless, Robin went above and beyond to match me with home that met my needs and to guide me through the application and referencing process. A process that would have been overwhelming and stressful without his prompt response time and excellent communication skills. Once I moved in, I was delighted to find the flat professionally cleaned and painted. As a tenant, I am now also supported by Rosita, who reached out immediately to check if I had any concerns. One high-priority repair was needed, and this fix was scheduled and resolved promptly. I appreciate the care and consideration I have received from Life Residential as they have helped to make my transition to the UK as smooth as possible.

Considering our property is not managed by the landlord, but managed by LIFE residential, theyre our only Contact to resolve issues or answer questions. And if you’re not getting a response on pretty important questions.. well you can imagine you get pretty fed up.

Considering our property is not managed by the landlord, but managed by LIFE residential, theyre our only Contact to resolve issues or answer questions. And if you’re not getting a response on pretty important questions.. well you can imagine you get pretty fed up.
Every time we have to chase with emails and calls. Sometimes just even getting a response can take as long as 4-6 weeks.
I have no idea where all the positive reviews come from, are we just really unlucky? All I’ve seen from them is lack of care, competence and communication.
