I was super impressed with Manning Stainton from the initial valuation through to completion.
My initial meeting was with Emma Griffiths for the valuation, I was impressed with Emma's positivity during tricky market conditions and her realistic market appraisal for my project.
After signing up, Charlotte Murrie was assigned to my property. Charlotte was brilliant, especially once an offer was received and the sale process commenced, managing all stakeholders and providing weekly updates for both sales involved (mine and my buyers sale) which was greatly appreciated.

We worked with Charlotte and it’s been an amazing experience. Charlotte was there when we looked around our dream home. We needed to sell ours and we weren’t getting many viewing so we agreed to move our sale over to her too. Charlotte not only sold our house promptly and helped us negotiate our purchase but she also kept us up to date through the entire process. At times I was getting updated from Charlotte before our solicitor even had chance to update us. I felt very looked after and knew I could discuss anything I needed with Charlotte. I wouldn’t hesitate to sell my house through Charlotte again and would highly recommend.
