Our Okehampton branch is arguably located in one of the most prominent locations in the town. Offering a complete range of properties from period cottages and Victorian town houses to large rural estates set within the beautiful landscapes of genuine Mid Devon countryside set along on the northern outskirts of Dar
tmoor National Park. Located only a 30 minute drive from the Cathedral City of Exeter, Okehampton is home to many historic buildings and landscapes including the 15th century Chapel of St James and the ruins of Okehampton Castle, the oldest remaining castle in Devon dating back to the 11th century.

We recently purchased a property through Mansbridge Balment Estate Agents and could not rate their service highly enough. Everyone we dealt with from the initial viewing to the sales negotiation and the eventual best and final offers process were extremely professional, cheerful and helpful. They are the rare type of agents who willingly go the extra mile to ease what can often be a stressful process. Whilst obviously providing an excellent service to the vendors of the property, they also went out of their way to assist us as the purchasers and the best and final offer process was conducted with great integrity.
