Disappointing experience with Haywards Heath branch as a potential buyer of a property that they were selling/managing. Disappointing experience with Haywards Heath branch as a potential buyer of a property that they were selling/managing. Substandard communication throughout the entire process from start to finish with us regularly chasing for updates which was massively elongated due to the sellers 'changing their minds' after we had, had our offer accepted, engaged a solicitor and paid for searches to be completed on the property. The entire situation could have been avoided if the sellers were onboarded correctly with Mansell Mc Taggart to ensure that they were 100% certain about marketing and selling their property. Make sure you get everything formalised in writing to protect yourself should anything go wrong like it did in our situation.

Lovely though it is, our four hundred year old cottage was not an easy one to sell, particularly in view of severely restricted headroom in places. We chose Mansell McTaggart on account of the large number of their Sold and Under Offer boards seen locally.
The process was a long and tortuous one, and unsuprisingly we had our fair share of tourists. Nevertheless, in due course they came up with a suitably compact and likeable buyer, and the sele came to completion in early December.
It would be invidious to single out any individual from a very strong team, dynamically led by El Estupendo himself, Jaime Wallden. Well done team, and thank you! I have no hesitation in recommending this agent, and I am unsuprised about their local successes.
