Lovely though it is, our four hundred year old cottage was not an easy one to sell, particularly in view of severely restricted headroom in places. We chose Mansell McTaggart on account of the large number of their Sold and Under Offer boards seen locally. The process was a long and tortuous one, and unsuprisingly we had our fair share of tourists. Nevertheless, in due course they came up with a suitably compact and likeable buyer, and the sele came to completion in early December. It would be invidious to single out any individual from a very strong team, dynamically led by El Estupendo himself, Jaime Wallden. Well done team, and thank you! I have no hesitation in recommending this agent, and I am unsuprised about their local successes.
Despite the protracted sales period and the effort involved, they stuck with their initial agreement with us.
