Having used Mishon Mackay on previous occasions I can fully recommend their service. I was dreading going through the process of selling my home after nearly 30 years. Glenn was great, he supported me through the whole process, kept me informed, and even went the extra mile when prospective buyers were viewing by making sure my very large but friendly dog was settled or in the garden. When one prospective buyer let us down Mishon McKay were straight back on the case. Glenn even liaised with my buyer's solicitor when the process stalled. At all times he dealt with us professionally and with courtesy. Our enquiries were responded to promptly and he kept us updated throughout the process ensuring that we knew what to expect as the purchase progressed.
Glenn negotiated a deal that we were happy with, he followed through the transaction and kept the Solicitors on track for a speedy purchase even over the festive season!

But Mishon Mackay were wonderful, really friendly and upfront, and very honest about the buyer and their requirements.
Glenn was very supportive and communicative throughout the whole process, and happy to arrange repeat viewings etc.

All in all my experience with all agents was top draw, they marketed and pushed the sale of our property excellently and were always on the other end of the phone if needed. I have to say though without a shadow of a doubt how fantastic Glenn Erdman was throughout the entire process. He stayed on top of everything for us, kept me constantly informed as to what was going on even though he wasn't the direct agent dealing with the sale at all times. On top of that he helped us through the highs and lows of sale and purchase on an emotional level as well as generic. He lifted our spirits when a previous buyer pulled out and pushed the property immensely getting viewings organised straight away. On top of it all he put up us and we couldn't be happier with our new home. Glenn you are a credit to the company. Thank you so much.

What I would add is that the team at Mishon McKay have exceeded my expectations in every way. Their care, professionalism and tenacity has been superb. They have managed a tricky sale with efficiency and humour and empathy. Could not have been happier with this estate agent. All members of staff were exceptionally helpful, communicative, and polite. They went to a lot of effort to gather feedback after viewings and provide this to me quickly. It was a difficult sale with a longish chain, and they went out of their way to make everything as easy as possible. It was a definite advantage that they work so well with their Hove branch who were involved further down the chain. I viewed a number of houses with this agent as well and was very impressed with their sales approach. The office was well manned and I never had trouble getting through to someone/receiving call backs. I could not fault them. I've had to deal with many estate agents and these were a league above the rest.
