A lot of renovation work was required due to previous mismanagement and Northwood handled this all; contractors completed work quickly and to a good standard.

I moved from my previous agency to Northwood in 2021 as I was very unhappy with the service I and my tenant had received. Northwood couldn’t have been more different, the move across was made smooth and hassle free and I was always kept up to date with progress. A lot of renovation work was required due to previous mismanagement and Northwood handled this all; contractors completed work quickly and to a good standard.
Any issues the tenant had were dealt with swiftly and honestly.
I have recently sold the property and again Northwood (and Niamh in particular) made the process incredibly easy. All requests from the solicitors were dealt with by them promptly.
I have had three companies manage my rental properties over the past 10 years and Northwood are by far the best. Would definitely recommend!

I could not have asked for a better estate agent! Over the duration of the entire sales process, Niamh was showing her dedication, professionalism and support. She was constantly chasing the parties involved trying to resolve one issue after another that were coming up. Being so far away from the property put extra stress on me, but Niamh was always there to assist, She was happy to go to the property on my behalf countless amount of times to get things done.
