Really poor service from start to begining failed to mention addidtional fees to renew contract. Gave me false advice on property maintance by the lld . Too them 7 months to take down the peter alan sign from the house. No bulbs blinds or curtains in property. Boiler broke dowm on numerous... Read Full Review
Poor they charge £150 upfront per person only offer a 6 month tenancy at first then charge you £100 admin fee to renew for another 6 months then charge another £100 to renew..... one big cash cow

Waste of time and liars. Maintenance team sent an unsuitable imcompentant contractor to carry out work which wasn't completed to building regs. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
