I've called three times in total and get put through to an answer machine. This doesn't fill me with confidence should I have decided to use Pilkington Estates to market my property. I cancelled a valuation because I settled on another agent and had to leave a voice message. Someone then called me on the day of the appointment that I had canceled and obviously hadn't picked up or been given the message. This, once again does not give me the confidence that had I decided to use them, they would have been easy to get hold of. More importantly, neither would potential viewers or purchasers...... This form isn't great either!
