Charlie, Shenagh and the PP team were great and provided excellent service to us as first time buyers! I couldn't have been more pleased with the service offered by Charlie and the Property Partnership. It's a relaxed and unpretentious office, easy to deal with and very communicative; all queries were answered quickly and helpfully but I never felt remotely pressured. Charlie handled a difference of interests between me (buyer) and the vendors very honestly and effectively. Throughout the process I felt like I was dealing with an actual human being, which very much wasn't always the case with other properties/agents I dealt with in my search. Enthusiastically recommended.

We purchased a property in Barnes through Property Partnership Barnes branch and had the wonderful Shenagh Richardson as our agent, and we couldn't have had a better experience. From start to finish, Shenagh made the process feel seamless and was incredibly helpful, insightful and generous with her time and her ideas. We've used many agencies in the past for both buying and selling properties and can hands down say that Property Partnership is the best that we've ever used and highly recommend it. We have recently bought a house in Barnes through the Property Partnership. Shenagh was extremely professional and very helpful throughout. Communication was very good and timely. I felt that she was really doing her best for us and the seller, which is not always an easy job. As we are moving from abroad we found her local knowledge to be extremely useful.
