I had a great experience buying a house with Wilkinson. Lesley was so on the ball - really quick to reply and sort things out over email and on the phone. Also when she was on holiday, another member of the team (Max) was able to sort out any visits to the property and answer any other questions I had without any issues. That made such a difference as we were trying to get our house through quickly, and it could have easily been the case that they asked me to wait until Lesley was back in. I feel really lucky we got to buy through them and would highly recommend if you want the job done well by nice people.

He is a man of few words in contrast to the popular image of an estate agent, but it belies a wealth of experience and dedication to his brief. When it matters, you’ll be grateful for a professional like Neil on the case. His communication was excellent throughout, always responding to emails and calls within minutes. He did everything I asked of him without fuss or having to ask twice and when things got a little tense toward the end, Neil did not go missing. A calming and confidence giving conversation was always at hand. Thanks Neil!

We chose WILKINSONS because it is a well established Estate Agent, infact the house we have just sold we purchased through them in 1996. All of the staff were helpful, Neil valued our house and produced some amazing photos, Max was great at constantly keeping us up to date on our buyers questions, wishes and requests of which there were many. Even in the COVID Lockdowns, the staff continued to be extremely professional when showing viewers around our property adhering to all the safety measures that were in place. We would have no hesitation in recommending WILKINSONS to others who are considering selling a property.

Highly rate the The Wilkinson Partnership Leighton Buzzard Branch.
Wilkinson Partnership were the agents representing the vendor of the house we purchased. They were very professional to deal/work with. Max the Sales Negotiator was very thorough from start to end-completion of sale. Max was very able and liaised with all parties constantly throughout and kept everyone well informed and updated. Max did this with professionalism in a calm manor. Working with other agents in the town Max the Negotiator at Wilkinson went the extra mile to maintain progress to exchange. Max certainly made a difference to ensure exchange was as timely as possible.
From this experience we can now see why The Wilkinson Partnership have a long track record as successful property agents in Leighton Buzzard compared with the rest. From our experience both vendors and buyers were at the heart of the Wilkinson priority. They are clearly skilled in matching the right vendor and buyers.

We have just completed our sale and purchase both through the Leighton Buzzard branch.
From initial valuation with Kevin where covid 19 procedures were firmly adhered to and all our needs taken into account, through to viewing and offering process on an amazing property; the service has been brilliant. Our sale and purchase was handled by Lesley Kehoe and this lady just worked tirelessly to chase things up, keep us informed and move the process along. She is so approachable and nothing was too much trouble! We have dealt with other agents in the past, but if we were to move again in the future, we would not use anyone else!
Thank you Lesley and the Wilkinson’s team for making a stressful time much easier.

I could not talk highly enough of Wilkinson. From the minute of contacting them they have been professional, attentive and accommodating. They have gone absolutely above and beyond to help us every step of the way. If you have dealt with new build developers etc before you will know that any question is a straight no without even a consideration. Wilkinson's is the polar opposite. If there is a way they can accommodate you then they will. Absolutely hands down the best company I've used ever to put bluntly. When we sell or look to buy in the future they will be without question our first port of call.

Despite our offer being accepted just before Covid lockdown (and some external challenges during the process caused by this) Lesley was always available to help resolve any queries and really pushed hard at all ends of the chain to drive us toward exchange.

Excellent after-sales
The agents made themselves available for our viewings, Lucy was especially helpful. There was some pressure for us to shift our purchase from the agents we had already instructed to them, which was a little uncomfortable. Once the sale was complete I can not fault the service we were given. Lesley kept us updated throughout and we felt that she was going above and beyond to try and secure the sale for us.
