Rude, Defensive, Obnoxious, Childish, No idea of basic customer services, bordering on Nasty. I am amazed that people like Steve Clemo actually exist apart from in sitcoms. Abusive and insulting. Requested information received email implying I was blind. Quotes from later emails in reply to my complaint: You shouldn't be so touchy. I owe you one.
