Problems from day 1. We transferred to a fully managed service and found that we were still managing the properties ourselves, but instead of contacting the tenants we were chasing and managing Reeds Rains. The fees were a little more expensive than another well known estate agents in the area but you get what you pay for, the other company didn't even bother getting back to us and so Reeds Rains got our business. and are we glad we chose them over the other agents.
