Our business was established around 18 years ago by the current directors Robert Whimperley-Dixon and Daniel Maifredi. Since then we have gradually grown our team and business to become one of southeast London’s most respected estate agents. We deal with sales, lettings and property management. Although we are a s

For me it seems weird to be reviewing an estate agent as a *buyer* but we're genuinely grateful for Daniel's stoicism and fast communication throughout. It was a difficult buying process (for reasons outside of everyone's control) and for us especially as first time buyers incredibly stressful at times. However Daniel always responded quickly and kindly with all the facts, put our minds at rest (as best they could be!) and acted as the perfect intermediary. We've dealt with many other estate agents (some in the area and some online-only ones) when considering other properties in the past and the difference is night-and-day. Thank you again, Daniel.

His wealth of experience, his calm manner, his perseverance, his attention to detail, his careful advice and his willingness to go the extra mile to ensure the sale progresses smoothly were worth every penny we paid him - and more.
Some years back we sold a property through one of the big agents. They promised they could get us a great price and that their extensive networks meant that we would sell quickly. In the event they encouraged us to drop the price to ensure a sale, and twice the sale fell through, largely due to their inattention and carelessness. Our purchase at the time was a difficult one and only went through due to the efforts of the vendor's agent - Daniel Maifredi and Sebastian Roche.
I can't recommend them highly enough.

I had exceptionally good service from Daniel Manfredi at Sebastian Roche. Daniel was extremely helpful in pushing things along when they were getting sticky on the buyer's side, thinking around problems and keeping the lines of communication open. He went beyond the call of duty to oil the wheels of this transaction and was always on the end of the phone or email when you needed him. Most estate agents stay out of the picture once the memorandum of sale has been posted, but Daniel was there all the way through to the end, hand-holding my first time buyer when she was wobbling, as well as giving me support in my negotiation tactics. He certainly earned every penny of his fee! A thousand thank yous for getting my sale over the lane after a tedious and frustrating, 22 week sale!
