I have have found streets ahead to be the worst agent I have ever had to deal with. They do not return calls, take 3-4 days to reply to emails, always changing staff, when you call you can never get put through as the agent you want is off or on another call or in meetings they don't get back... I have have found streets ahead to be the worst agent I have ever had to deal with. Recently they don't answer the phone you just get a voice mail. My advise is don't use this agent.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST !
They are dodgy , unreliable, have loads of attitude even the manager whom I spoke with was full of it. I went to view a property and it wasn’t even the one shown to me before hand. They want to take a few from me then tell me the property has been rented 2 weeks ago when I viewed it after the manager said it had been rented and then she changed her tune to 1 week ago !
They have no customer service skills! It’s appalling having been spoken too like a child and then had the phone hung up on me.
DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET IT!
I will be reporting this company further as it’s disgraceful and they shouldn’t be trading whatsoever to the public. I’m sick and tired of these companies thinking they can walk all over people with out treating us with respect and as a human being !
Enough is ENOUGH!

Finding a house in london is as it is stressful, and to do it in this climate was even more difficult until we found Enzo and Gemma! Gemma showed us the house while Enzo dealt with documentation. They were both warm, friendly and helpful from the first instance. Enzo was unassuming, and always willing to find a solution whenever we hit an obstacle. He was polite and prompt with updates. We felt safe and secure knowing he was handling our house. Can’t recommend these two enough, definitely been my favourite estate agents to deal with so far!!

Gemma Greasley was absolutely amazing she was professional polite and positive but very honest . I will definitely recommend my friends to this branch of streets ahead fantastic service. Although I was really fussy when we looked at various flats she always encouraged me to take my time and not feel bad or feel I was wasting her time she always remained polite and understanding of my needs.
