From the initial stages of finding the right property to fit our needs, to navigating through the various hurdles that cropped up during the moving process, Panikos proved himself to be a true partner in every sense. I was with the people company for years. But in all the years I have been there, I have never been happy.(I have personal reasons why I had to stay there despite being unhappy with the customer service. I wish I can give 0 rating. To carry out maintenance issues is a problem, the flat can't even pass the health and safety requirements. The moment you give in your notice of vacating the property, you're liable for any maintenance issues you might have despite still occupying their flat. The deposit you gave them, the chances of getting it back is 0, they will bring in stuff that you broke yet it was either like that when you moved in or it was their responsibility to fix them. I had a terrible experience, they are money minded , not human at all. From the £1450 deposit I gave them, I head given back £385 yet I didn't break anything in the house. Don't bother going to property company they are crooks and money grabbing being without feeling shame.

Junkies, alcoholics, people with serious mental health problems, criminals. These are the kind of people have we have had to share our lives with due to the Property Company. Faith was exactly that. Empathetic, and swift about getting things and people in place, to help resolve the problem in a timely manner.
She had a 'can do' attitude and a friendly persona.

I'm very pleased with the agency, because my property's manager, Faith, is engaged to keep the house I live in well-maintained and provides datailed information when necessary. I'm really lucky that my home is managed by the Property Company and it is the best experience (including signing the well-prepared tenancy agreement) I have ever had with letting agencies. They really make a difference. I strongly recommend the Property Company to all potential tenants.

From the start the Property Company was brilliant.
The level of service was excellent: great visits, great communication and even a hamper gift for new tenants. They were also very understanding and flexible for the 20 months I was around. I am always rest assured that my concerns will be dealt with expeditiously. Any problems with my property are notified to me as soon as discovered and there is always the support provided if I need assistance in finding workmen to carry out required works I have nothing but praise for the staff at The Property Company as they all do a fantastic job.
