I would not recommend Village Estates to any tenants looking to rent a property. The way that I have been treated by village estates lettings agency has been appalling. They are useless at communicating with tenants, particularly when you raise concerns and issues with them, even when these are health and safety matters. They tell you they have a 24 hour response policy however, I have been left waiting on multiple occasions for up to 5 working days for a single reply and found myself chasing them for updates and responses. They show no empathy or compassion when you have hazardous circumstances to deal with and live in; they do not check in with you and are quite happy to leave you in these situations and conditions. I have been made to feel so irrelevant, ignored and disrespected by Village Estates which is absolutely atrocious.
