I can say with absolute confidence that Hausman & Holmes is one of the best agents I have ever met, and in particular to point out one of their Directors, Joseph Dangoor. Joseph’s professionalism, understanding and knowledge of this industry is superb coupled with his wide-reaching connections to local subcontractors who can be called upon as and when needed to resolve the situation. He has high integrity and is very thorough with following up promptly on various issues as they arise and finding swiftly a practical solution to whatever problem at hand, even on a short notice or when notified at a late time in the day.

The sales agents helped look at values of comparable properties on the market with all agents using the Internet. He showed me two other properties. The rental agent provided comparable rental values high helped give a sense of valuation. Their local knowledge and expertise helped me make a decision. It is a family owned company which has relationships in the architect, morgage, legal and other related areas and helps their customers and buyers both in the agency and through introductions.

Also Joseph is very kind man, he explained me about the proceed very gently so that I can understand enough. After entering property, his response is very fast and comfortable for me in management.
