It has been a pleasure working with your accounts team/ specifically Claire in carefully working to secure funds held by one of the FACTORS agents (for some years and unbeknown to me).
I would like to send a �30 gift token to Claire for her work (above and beyond) Hopefully this is acceptable to Braemore.
