About Martin
I joined Bradleys Estate Agents in September 2013 and haven’t looked back since. I started my Estate Agency life as a Negotiator and got my first offer on my first day. I settled in to my role within the Mutley Plain Team and was quickly developed into a Valuing Role which was a steep learning curve but very
quickly became second nature to me. I was promoted in January 2015 to Senior Negotiator & Sales Manager in November 2017. I was promoted to Branch Manager in April 2019 and I currently occupy that role in the wonderful town of Liskeard and have enjoyed every second of that role. Quickly taking the office to market leader in the town where we have one various awards internally and externally.
Bradleys is a great company to work for and have made me feel valued from the very second I started to the present day, empowering me to deliver exceptional customer service and exceeding all projected targets set. Personally I believe Bradleys Estate Agents to be a market leader not only in the products and service they provide but in the way the treat their staff, I eat sleep and breathe that every day and feel very lucky to be a part of this fresh, innovative and dynamic company.

Very poor experience, I would not recommend using Bradleys of Liskeard, I Instructed them to put my building plot in their on-line auction on advice of the manager who assured that it was a quick process, but after three months of getting nowhere I have given up.
The Manager has attitude and never responds to emails without having to keep chasing for a response. In the end l asked for a refund, however despite three ignored emails requesting this, it took an official complaint to get it actioned, very poor service form a badly managed office. It costs nothing to be courteous and keep clients informed.

As a buyer I would find it difficult to recommend or deal again with Bradley's estate agents in Liskeard. We viewed a house and offered the full asking price only to be asked later on the day to bid against others which we refused to do. When the property came back on the market the Liskeard Bradley's manager didn't have either the systems in place or courtesy to contact us to advise the property was again available despite us asking him to do so. Unfortunately I only found that the property was once again available via a rightmove property search which I conduct daily. By comparison the Saltash Bradley's team have provided exceptional customer service and have maintained regular contact to assist us in buying our next property.

Firstly met Nikki at the Liskeard office on a viewing, lovely lady, professional, very friendly, very knowledgeable of the local area. My original offer was declined but Martin came back when the vendor reconsidered my offer on a weekend. I was then handed over to Martin who is also a very nice chap but the post offer/progression//pre completion part was a little slow as they are so busy but this has now been rectified but it was still friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend the Liskeard team. They did exactly what it said on the tin !

You get what you pay for! Bradley's may be more expensive than other firms but they go the job done. I had 5 sales fall through over 18 months with Purple Bricks. I purchased a property through Bradleys. The viewings were done by Paige, she showed us around multiple properties and the one we ended up buying was actually a recommendation from her rather than one we spotted online. She arranged a viewing with the vendors whilst we were still in the area which was so helpful! Once we had our offer accepted Martin was very polite and helpful with chasing the chain and made sure that we were all working towards a swift completion.
