The letting agent was dismissive and unresponsive. Multiple requests for clarification regarding unforeseen fees were left without proper explanation or response. The fees were reasonable, although we would have liked to have moved after the tenant fee ban for obvious reasons. Even still, it worked out to be £100 per person which is not bad in comparison to some of the other companies that can charge up to £500!!!
