Awful!!!! If we could give 0 stars we would! As a landlord I have been with this agency for few years…. It is a rip off for any landlord!!!! Renewing contract with existing tenant would cost us over £1000 for 1 bed flat. When any other agency would charge £200-£300. Unprofessional team who can not answer any questions without referring to their terms and conditions. Which are not easy to understand!!!!! Even our solicitor said that it is very badly written document!!! Please avoid!!!! We have learnt our lesson hard way, expensive way.

I started my business experience with Alex Neil Canary Wharf in 2018.
Since that time I had always a good service but this year I'm extremely satisfy in particular with Mr. Matteo Congedo and with Mr. Scott Little.
They did an outstanding work. Scott managed to find a new tenant for my flat, making himself available on his private phone even out of business hours. He always keep me updated about the views, the possible tenants and he advised me about the letting market in Canary Wharf.
Matteo always answered me very quickly and he always found solutions for my issue in a very professional way, leaving me always his contacts where I can find him in case I have additional questions. I think this is very important especially when you live abroad. Not all the agency behave like this. Thank you for your availability and for your work. Well done!

I dealt with a few different people at Alex Neill through the process and I found Matteo the most helpful - he was involved when the property was under offer.
I’m the initial sale process I found Cali really approachable and she also seemed passionate about my property which I appreciated.
This is my first time to sell a property and Matteo was very helpful in getting thing me sorted when there were any delays - for various reasons!
Matteo kept in touch with all parties involved and he even alerted me to an issue that my solicitors hadn’t told me about, which saved us potential further delays.
He kept a good sense of humour and reassuring demeanour when I was a bit stressed!!

Matteo was in very regular contact and helped push things forward. We did joke that we spoke to each other more over this past 4 months than we did with our families.. that just shows how much time they put into getting the purchase through! Also, as this was my first purchase, he helped me understand the process at each step which was very helpful.
