They wanted to charge pro rata for early termination to the tenant although it was the landlord who used the break clause. There is a clause in their contract that allows them to do so. This managing agent is a con merchant and rips people off across the board. Firstly they file fake insurance claims and pay the money to their sister company Hammer and chisel.
