A nice website, that is easy to navigate.
Good communication, with a quick response to phone calls and emails.
They cover a wide area and we were pleased with the amount of viewings we had.

Lansley were superb from start to finish, our property in Caversham was listed with another well-known Caversham-based agency for circa 6 weeks, and with no joy we ended our search and sale.
Paul Freeman at Lansley listed a house in Caversham we liked, after viewing and offering on that property, Paul listed our house within 48 hours, and within another 48 hours, we accepted an asking price offer, at the same price we had it listed before with no joy whatsoever.
I would highly recommend Paul Freeman, without doubt I will be advising anyone in the property market to reach out to him in the future.

Having never bought a house before I couldn't have wished for a better agent. Lauren (and Paul) went over and above in their roles to ensure I was informed at every stage not just my sale but the process in general too.
I even got a call to check in when there was little to report just to reassure me it was normal. She never failed to get in touch when she said and was kind and attentive in all respects.
I genuinely couldn't have hoped for a better agent and would absolutely recommend their services to anyone even considering a sale or purchase.

We initially bought our house through A H Lansley some years ago, and they were our first choice to re-sell it when we were ready to move. The property photos and marketing that Christian and Paul put together, were fantastic, and after just a couple of days we had numerous viewings booked in and several offers followed.
Paul's experience was clear, as he negotiated the various offers and the team verified everyone very quickly.
Throughout the sales process, there were challenges as expected, and some communication issues with those involved in the chain, but Lauren kept us updated nearly every day, tirelessly chasing the chain through when she often got no helpful reply. The lovely friendly nature of the team, their invaluable experience and constant communication, meant that our sale went through and we would not hesitate to use A H Lansley again in the future! Thank you all!
