The negative stigma that followed letting agencies made my decision to find my own professional tenants very simple. I've been successful in the past 10yrs so initially I was very sceptical about using this service. Like many a busy lifestyle/family doesn't afford much time to fully focus on other matters. Must say Iain & Sam made this very easy for me, from viewings to vetting the service was very efficient & professional. Leanne was awesome, very patient & helpful. She communicated every detail throughout the process. New tenants, contracts & completion within a few weeks.
