Putting our house on the market with Cheffins was a very straightforward process. Their attention to detail regarding the marketing of the house via RIghtmove meant that it was presented extremely well. The EPC was included in the selling package and was professionally done.
The whole selling team were responsive and helpful throughout the process. They ensured that we received post-viewing feedback, and were particularly effective when fielding queries from the eventual buyers.
