Throughout the process , staff have been supportive and genuinely showed a personal approach.
I have recieved very good service from Abby Johnson, at the Hornchurch branch directly Lauren, Karen and Gabby have all been so helpful. Karen in particular was there to answer every question I had without it seeming like I was troubling her at all.
Highly recommend the process and agency.

We couldn’t figure out why. Having seen about 20 properties over the week and not really getting anywhere, I had a final Hail Mary viewing late into the evening on a Saturday afternoon with Lizzie Austin at Berefords. Not only did she take the time to find out our situation with immense detail, she also asked probing questions. As first time renters, we were perplexed at why we were unsuccessful all those applications. It was nice of her to take the time to explain what she thought was happening. Ms. Austin was also quick to suggest possible solutions to solve presumed obstacles. In the end, it was her advice that got us through the initial threshold and then the referencing process seemed easier as the person from the referencing agency that was allocated our case was good at asking for extra information.

I thought it was good of Ms. Austin to work hard at putting our application together and get us the tenancy considering she had to meet the due diligence criteria as well as make sure that we were legitimate.
