Really professional and great communication with us throughout. After initially being with another agent, we'd had enough at lack of progress. FJL were far more proactive in finding a buyer and always kept us up to date with how the viewing were going on. Also only semblance of sanity once ... Read Full Review

Really professional and great communication with us throughout. After initially being with another agent, we'd had enough at lack of progress. FJL were far more proactive in finding a buyer and always kept us up to date with how the viewing were going on. Also only semblance of sanity once solicitors got involved with both my own and the buyers solicitors being difficult, but FJL kept them both in check.

I recently used Felicity J Lord for both a sale and subsequent purchase. Having had several experiences with estate agents over the past two years, I found FJL to be by far the most honest, hard-working and responsive.
Both Martin and Alex worked tirelessly to find me a buyer for my flat and to ensure our onward purchase went smoothly. They were always polite and up-front over the phone and very quick to return calls to chase my solicitor when required.
When we next come to sell our property (hopefully not for a while!) I wouldn't hesitate to use FJL again.

Our sale took a long time - nearly 8 months. Originally we were told it should take 2 - 4 weeks! However, we don't blame the agents for this, as the market was changing at the time. They are high, and I know it is usual to complain about this, but in this case the branch had to work hard to get our house sold, and I feel they earned their fees.
