Our sale took a long time - nearly 8 months. Originally we were told it should take 2 - 4 weeks! However, we don't blame the agents for this, as the market was changing at the time. They are high, and I know it is usual to complain about this, but in this case the branch had to work hard to get our house sold, and I feel they earned their fees.
