Shaun and Tim are very down to earth and helpful. I have used Northwood in Hereford (and Stoke) to both purchase and let properties. They have helped me solve some tricky issues with humour and resolve. The guaranteed rent scheme is excellent value. I wouldn't go anywhere ... Read Full Review

We just completed on the purchase of a property in Pembridge, Herefordshire. Northwood was the selling agent. We largely dealt with Shaun Grantham, but also with some of his team. We largely dealt with Shaun Grantham, but also with some of his team. It wasn't an entirely straightforward transaction as we were buying part of a title, with an option on another part also owned by the seller (and let through Northwood). Everyone at Northwood was the epitome of helpfulness - nothing was too much trouble and Shaun visited the property multiple times to confirm measurements etc. when we were a little nervous. Communication was exemplary -

so important when the lawyers are doing sloth impersonations We would definitely use again and recommend unreservedly.
